We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a fully qualified Pre-painter / Preparator in Oss, Netherlands. This role supports the bodyshop with high-quality preparation before paint application.
Responsibilities
- Prepare repaired panels and surfaces for paint application
- Sand, mask and clean vehicles to workshop standards
- Mix and apply primers according to technical specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- Fully qualified Pre-painter / Preparator
- Proven experience in vehicle preparation processes
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
